UpdatePromise Completes Certification in Reynolds Certified Interface Program
Certification means a safer, more reliable data exchange between UpdatePromise products and Reynolds’ dealership management system.

UpdatePromise, the leader in Consumer Experience Solutions, is pleased to announce it has completed certification in the Reynolds Certified Interface (RCI) program for the Reynolds ERA® dealership management system (DMS), ERA-IGNITE, and POWER DMS in the U.S.
With certification, data can be exchanged safely and securely between a Reynolds DMS and UpdatePromise’s products through a Certified Interface.
Certification in the RCI program also enables UpdatePromise to incorporate several new features in addition to its flagship Automated Status Updates. Those new features include intelligent tools designed to reimagine the consumer experience and save time and money for dealers: Intelligent Appointment Scheduling, Mobile Pay, Service Lane Check-in, and Video-enabled MPI.
