Who we are

SmartPath Service and Monogram Service is officially ready for GA release with UpdatePromise.

2022

Successful rollout of SmartPath and Monogram Service Programs in 6 locations. Launch of the Honda and Acura Service Connect Integrations.

2021

UDP is selected as a Strategic Partner for Toyota’s SmartPath and Lexus’ Monogram  next generation Service Programs.

2020

UDP partners with InfoMedia to power the UDP Symphony launch, which includes embedded VIN specific Service Price Guides for estimating and Manufacturer Maintenance Schedules for scheduling and vehicle check-in processes.

2018

UDP launches Orchestra, a complete end-to-end Consumer Experience Solution that encompasses everything from Online and BDC Appt Scheduling to automated Lost Soul campaigns to drive Service Retention.

2016

UDP enters the OEM Dealer vertical with its flagship Core product.

2014

Nixon recruits Richard Pannazzo, former Sr Director of U.S. operations for global collision franchise, to join the UDP team and help launch the OEM Dealer Industry vertical.

2009

Curtis Nixon established a pilot program with Farmers Insurance to rollout UpdatePromise (UDP)  across the country to all their contracted Collision Repair Centers. He met with CCC executives to propose a partnership that would soon change the Collision Industry forever.
